Characteristics:
This product is a polyamine cationic compound, suitable for fixing reactive dyes, direct dyes, disperse reactive dyes and disperse direct dyes. Can effectively improve the dry and wet rubbing color fastness, washing color fastness and sunlight color fastness of reactive dyes, direct dyes, disperse reactive dyes and disperse direct dyes.
Application:
Used for fixation treatment of reactive dyes, direct dyes, disperse reactive dyes and disperse direct dye and used for all cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics as well as padding and dipping process.
Method of application:
This product is high concentration product, and it is recommended to use diluted one to three or five.
The printed cloth is soaked in the fixing agent solution of 3% to 5% for 2-3 minutes, then drying. The drying temperature is 120℃. If used for dark cloth, the amount of fixing agent can be appropriately increased.
Note：The best production process can be determined by experiments combining the categories of equipment and processing fabric.
Packaging and storage:
125kg plastic drum sealed storage. Stored in an anti-sun and anti-freeze place with a quality guarantee period of half a year.
