Characteristics:
This product is a highly concentrated product, environmental protection does not contain formaldehyde, does not contain PFOS, PSOA, in line with GB, European and American ROHS environmental standards. This product has a significant improvement in the fastness of soaking water, soap washing, friction, etc., and will not change color, and will not affect the handle, and will not have the production of solid color spots.
Application:
The product is suitable for fixing color of direct, indigo, reactive, vulcanized dyes.
Method of application:
Dilute to 3 times, normal temperature dissolved material.
Dipping process: recommended dosage 3-6g/L, setting machine one dipping one rolling or two dipping two rolling, drying.
Impregnation process: recommended dosage of 1%-2%(o.w.f).
Note：The best production process can be determined by experiments combining the categories of equipment and processing fabric.
Packaging and storage:
125kg plastic drum sealed storage. Stored in an anti-sun and anti-freeze place with a quality guarantee period of half a year.
