Characteristics:
1. The color fixing working fluid has minimal color loss, effectively avoiding the occurrence of peeling.
2. After treatment, the color light of the fabric can be changed, making the color luster of the fabric is blu-ray.
3. The processed fabric shows significant improvements in rubbing fastness, soap washing fastness, sweat stain fastness, etc.
4. This product does not contain formaldehyde and meets environmental performance standards.
Application:
Used for post-treatment of reactive, direct, and sulfurized dye dyed fabrics, it can significantly improve the various firmness of fabrics, but it will change the color light and assume Blu-ray. It can be used as a color light adjusting agent.
Method of application:
Normal temperature dissolved material,
Dipping process: recommended dosage 10-50g/L, one dipping one rolling or two dipping two rolling, drying.
Impregnation process: recommended dosage of 0.5%-2%(o.w.f), temperature: 45-60℃, time: 20-30 minutes.
Note：The best production process can be determined by experiments combining the categories of equipment and processing fabric.
