Characteristics:
FS-104 is a functional thickener specially developed for digital inkjet printing on polyester fabrics. Formulated through proprietary composition and advanced processing, it effectively controls dye bleeding (migration) of disperse dye inks on polyester substrates. This significantly enhances print definition, color brightness, and wash fastness—delivering a stable, high-performance solution for polyester digital textile printing.

Dispersed digital printing thickener FS-104 3–4 g
Water 96–97 g
Total 100 g
Note：Dissolve FS-104 in cold water with gentle mechanical stirring. Continue stirring for 1.5-2 hours, then allow the mixture to stand for swelling and hydration for 4-6 hours before use.
