This product has good dispersing, chelating and cleaning effect. Effectively improving the desizing rate of printing paste, removing the floating color of fabric, improving the handle, and greatly improving the dry rubbing, wet rubbing, soaping, blisters of the Fastness Index.
Application:
Cotton, polyester and their blended fabrics
Method of application:
Recommended dosage: 10-20 g/L.
Technological process: Wash with cold water à Wash with warm water 40-60℃(add disperse soaping agent SC-M01) à Wash with hot water(add anti-staining soaping agent FZ-45) à Wash with warm water à Wash with cold water à Dry
Note: If the washing water is hard water, the amount of soaping agent should be appropriately increased. And when wash red, deep blue and other easy-to-stain varieties, the amount of soaping agent should aslo be appropriately increased.
The best production process can be determined by experiments combining the categories of equipment and processing fabric.
Packing and storage:
25kg/bag. Stored in a cool and dry place with a quality guarantee period of half a year.
