Characteristics:

1. This product does not contain free formaldehyde and does not release free formaldehyde, which meets environmental requirements.

2. Used for color fixing after dyeing or printing with reactive, direct, sulfurized, acidic and other dyes, to improve the color fastness of textiles to disinfectant treatment.

3. The color fixing working fluid has very little color loss, effectively avoiding the occurrence of peeling and color change.

4. Good color fixing effect, minimal color change, and no impact on the original handle of the fabric.

Application:

This product is the category of formaldehyde free fixing agents, used to improve the color fastness of textiles during disinfectant treatment, especially suitable for swimsuits and medical clothing, meeting the European and North American disinfectant resistance level 4 fastness standards.

Method of application:

Normal temperature dissolved material,

Dipping process: Recommended dosage 20-60g/L, one dipping one rolling or two dipping two rolling, drying.

Impregnation process: Recommended dosage 1-6% (o.w.f) 30-50℃×15-20min, washed, drying.

Note：The best production process can be determined by experiments combining the categories of equipment and processing fabric.

Packaging and storage:

125kg plastic drum sealed storage.  Stored in an anti-sun and anti-freeze place with a quality guarantee period of one year.
